A caveat: Lupin Lodge is a clothing-optional naturist resort.  I wrote more about Lupin Lodge on Tummy Tuesday.  Photographing people here is not allowed.  In general you’re not allowed to have cellphones and cameras out.  I took this in the early morning when no one was walking about.  When I went to use the restroom, the deer were there so I grabbed my camera, took a few quick pics and then stashed the camera away in the trunk again for when I go to Los Gatos town. To protect the privacy of the folks visiting Lupin Lodge, the staff is strict and will tell you to put away your cellphone or camera if they see you with one.  I probably shouldn’t have done it but I’ve been wanting to take pics of the deer for days and it was early enough that all the people were sleeping. Yeah, you’re wondering about the food pic — I got special permission to take those pics and even then I had to take the pic in the back of the restaurant so the photographing would be discreet.  I do want to honor the rules here.  I appreciate that particular rule of no photographing, especially when I’m up in the jacuzzi.

    1. The deer are really cool.

I’m sad because my camera battery is dead and I forgot to charge up my backup battery before I left. It’s one of those lithium types. Bangs heads on the tree while a deer wanders by the crazy person, lol.
