  1. I love the basset hound in the first and the moon in the second. The boards/lines give an interesting texture, too. Again, I am jealous of all your mural choices there in Tuscon! I was in Memphis last weekend (about 80 miles away) and saw some murals, so the next time I am down there, I plan on taking some pics.

    1. Thank you for the lovely comment. I liked that the cafe had lots of murals so I’ll post some more probably in a week or two. I got lucky there. I do love that we have a lot of murals here but it might be because our architecture is mostly boring — mostly just squarish and flat walls. I didn’t see many murals on houses in SF because who wants to mess up a Victorian? But I did see them down alleys on the flat stone walls. So in Tucson I think more people want to dress up flat walls and we have a lot. And a lot of plants don’t thrive here. I would imagine where it rains more, the color comes from the gardens. I’ve envied your bird pictures — your pics actually make me notice birds around here more. I actually took a photo of a Gila Woodpecker the other day. Luckily someone posted a pic of one the same day so I found out what it was. Usually I don’t know.

    1. I love cats and dogs too. Well, rabbits and deer and pandas. Hmmm, I can see Disney and Japanese anime has a huge influence on my artistic sensibilities, lol. I love cute and things that make me smile.

Hope you’re having a great week.
