Awesome shots, Mary. What a great place to relax!
It was indeed a great place to relax. Thank you for the lovely compliment
Hah! Wonder how the birds liked their odd companion!
I wondered too. Maybe they asked the strange bird to fly away with them.
So beautiful!❤️
Beaches are great places — as you know. Love your Sunday beach pic. (For the curious, here it is: http://iscriblr.com/lazy-days/ )
Thank you so much!❤
🙂
What a fun area. I’ve not been there in years. Great shots.
Have a fabulous day. ♥
It’s a great place to relax. Lot of boats here too so I imagine it’s a great place to boat too. It’s fun to think that even if we’ve never met, we’ve visited the same spot. Another blogger just mentioned that they’ve visited the Mission San Xavier here in Tucson. It’s a small world.
Hope you’re having a great day!
Love the kite flying with the Pelicans. What a wonderful surprise. And you know you can get me with sailboats all the time.
I’m glad you liked the kite with the pelicans — i love the serendipity of moments like that. And sailboats are pretty cool.
I love your sharing your journey on your own sailboat. (in case someone reading comments is wondering, go here: https://lisadorenfest.com/ )
? Thank you so much for sailing along with me virtually and for inviting others to do so ⛵️
Any time. Love your journeys!
I wondered …but at last I could see it – the kite among the birds. Pelicans make lovely patterns with their necks drawn in.
Yeah, it is hard to see. I never saw it and I was there. I thought it was a big bird flying close to the other kite so I took a lot of pics because I thought it was interesting. Then I found out it was a kite too when I got a closer look on the computer screen. It was too little up in the sky that far for me to see it.
I love seeing the pelicans fly. Thanks for visiting.
Yes – sometimes you get surprised when you look at your shots in the computer…But that is a good thing.
I agree! It’s great how our cameras see more than we know.
